Part of planned expansion into growing Health Care market
HOUSTON (September 30, 2009) - Quantum Solutions for Business (Q4B), a managed recruiting solutions and consulting firm specializing in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), announced it's entry into the Healthcare Industry with a bang by entering into a multi-year engagement with one of the leaders in the Hyperbaric Wound Care Industry, Jacksonville, Fla. based Diversified Clinical Services (DCS). DCS selected Q4B as their exclusive sourcing partner to provide Sourcing Bandwidth On Demand (SBOD)™ services, designed to augment the existing DCS recruiting team. This has allowed DCS's newly centralized recruiting organization to establish a high-touch, centralized staffing model while simultaneously giving them the sourcing horsepower needed to handle a planned surge in growth and new hires.
After completing the Discover phase to determine the real client needs, Q4B was able to rapidly modify their S4 Methodology to create a custom-fit sourcing solution that was quickly and effectively bolted on to the existing DCS recruiting framework. This solution made an immediate impact on the flow of quality candidates to the front line recruiters. This has enabled them to achieve their aggressive hiring goals while establishing themselves with the hiring mangers as trusted advisors to the business.
