New Managed Recruitment Solutions Company Formed in Houston, Texas
Quantum Solutions for Business to focus on helping companies recruit and hire top performers

HOUSTON, TEXAS (July 1, 2004) – Today three seasoned executives, Nick Tubach, Scott Beardsley, and Doug Fuehne, announced that they have joined together to form Quantum Solutions for Business, Inc. (Q4B), an executive and recruitment consulting firm specializing in strategic talent acquisition solutions. Q4B will offer Managed Recruitment Solutions designed to help companies combine the people, processes, tools, and leadership they need to ensure that their recruitment strategy is aligned with their business strategy.

After helping several companies develop industry-leading organizations with Top Talent, Q4B's founding members recognized two recurring themes: 1) the best companies usually have the best talent; and 2) many companies do not embrace what it really takes to ensure they attract, acquire, and retain high-performing employees. As a result, Tubach, Beardsley, and Fuehne created Q4B to do just that.
