To ensure client satisfaction and top performance by the client services team, Michelle aligns Q4B solutions with customer expectations and provides project planning and metrics. She also provides pre- and post- sales support and general field leadership.

Michelle has more than 13 years experience in sales and recruiting for the technology and health care industries. For most of her career, she's provided expertise in strategic planning, human capital management and operations, including full domain implementation from startups to Fortune 1000 organizations.

Michelle has effectively recruited, hired, trained and managed high-performance recruiting teams to meet business and financial objectives for companies in a variety of industries, which include engineering, high tech, financial, telecommunications and health care.

For small and large corporations, she's held positions in consulting, recruitment management and sales management.

Michelle has served on fundraising committees for a Chicago-area charity that provides quality social services and opportunities for individual and family development. Additionally, she is actively involved in fundraising for cancer research and development.

She has worked with local chapters of national advocacy groups for community education on genetic cancer syndromes. Also, Michelle provided education and training to health care professionals for hereditary cancer risk assessment and genetic testing.

In her spare time, she enjoys interior decorating and photography.
