Scott Beardsley brings 17 years of experience and leadership to building and developing Q4B's recruitment operations. He helped build Q4B by developing the processes that provide clients with highly scalable and predictable recruitment solutions, tailored to their needs. These same processes are used to grow Q4B. Handpicked for this position, Scott's background in building successful, managed recruitment solutions for high-tech start-ups and Fortune 50 companies impacts a company's ability to build a world-class recruiting organization. Scott uses his high energy enthusiasm and best-practices approach to lead the Recruitment Operations Center (ROC) in Austin. Previously, Scott co-founded and served as senior partner of CoolHires Ltd.	Scott is an engaging speaker and has written numerous articles on industry trends, establishing him as a thought leader in the recruiting industry. His executive career began with General Employment, one of the oldest contingency search firms in the world, where he led a failing branch office to profitability in less than one year. Adding hundreds of members during his term, Scott is founder and former president of the Houston High-Tech Recruiters Network. Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences from University of Pittsburgh. In his spare time, he enjoys working with high school students to guide them through the maze of career management options.
