As VP of Client Services, Bonnie Browning is responsible for engagement-level oversight for Q4B's clients. In this role, she ensures that all projects return ROI for stakeholders and sponsors. Bonnie and Q4B employ the principles of project management sanctioned by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Bonnie researched the burgeoning RPO industry and made a targeted choice to join Q4B. Bonnie joined Q4B's RPO practice in 2005 to head-up a new project with a Fortune 500 Specialty Chemical Materials client based in Philadelphia, PA. Soon after, she was promoted to Client Services Manager role where she led multiple projects in Technology, Oil and Gas and Healthcare verticals. Bonnie's current portfolio of projects is international in scope including Mexico, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia Pac, Middle East, Europe and the Americas.
With 17 years of recruiting management experience, Bonnie began her career in 1993 in Washington DC where she worked for 12 years in Legal, IT and Government sectors. While in Washington DC, Bonnie helped found and served on the Board of Directors of the Washington Area Recruiters Network - a flagship organization of the technology and .com boom - which helped elevate the status of technical recruiting to the professional level. Over the course of her career, she has been active in the Washington DC Board of Trade, Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Personnel Consultants (DC, Texas, San Antonio and Austin chapters), and the Austin Area Recruiters Network.
Currently based in Q4B's Austin ROC (Recruiting Ops Center), Bonnie volunteers in her community to assist job seekers affected by the economy with resume writing and interview coaching. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Bonnie assisted in effort to find jobs for victims routed to Austin through her involvement in the Hurricane Katrina Austin Job Fair.
Bonnie attended Texas A&M University and holds a B.S. in Liberal Studies.
